The Bank raises funds in national currency and in foreign currency.

The list of documents necessary for the conclusion of the deposit agreement * (application opens)

  • A copy of the certificate of state registration of juridical person in the executive authority, (certified by the issuing authority document or notarized or signed by an authorized officer of the bank).
  • An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, approved by the Order of the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of 02.04.2004 № 37, registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 19.04.2004 under № 496/9095.
  • A copy of the constituent document  (charter / vemorandum of association / constituent act / regulations) duly certified registration authority which carried out the registration document or certified by a notary.
  • A copy of the certificate of registration of the legal entity in EDRPOU, certified by the issuing authority certificate or notarized or signed by an authorized employee of the bank.
  • Copy of a document confirming that the legal person is taken to account to the state tax service, (certified organ that issued the document or by a notary or by the authorized employee of the bank);
  • Card with the signature and print of seal, (appendix 2), notarized or certified by organization to which the client is administratively subordinate to the established order.
  • A copy of the certificate of registration of VAT payer, certified by the issuing authority certificate or notarized or signed by an authorized employee of the bank..

Legal persons that use hired labor, and in accordance with the laws of Ukraine are the payers of insurance premiums, in addition to the above list of documents should submit the following documents:

  • A copy of a document confirming the registration of the legal entity in the relevant body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, certified by the issuing authority certificate or notarized or signed by an authorized officer of the bank.
  • Extract (copy) protocol / order of appointment of officials who are entitled to the first and second signatures.
  • Passport and the original certificate of identification code.

Persons who are entitled to the first and second signatures  personally submit to the bank documents and credentials that are checked by an authorized employee of the bank. In the case of change the person (s) who has the right to sign, the newly appointed person (s) must personally submit to the bank signature card and passport.
